If you don’t know by now, I am training for my first Bikini competition. I am working with a wonderful coach that is allowing me to follow my Macros and drink my Shakeology! Following IIFYM (macros) keeps my food options wide open so I do not feel as if I am depriving myself which may trigger a binge.

You see, I spent ten years of my life buried in a battle with an eating disorder. Food was the enemy. Yes you can eat that, no you cannot eat that… over and over in my head – several times a day.

So for this weeks recipe Thursday – here ya go!

Ingredients (made for 1)

8 oz shrimp

2 Cups broccoli (I used frozen)

coconut oil spray

1 Tbl rice wine vinegar

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon lemon or lime

chopped or dried onion

Instructions:

Coat wok with coconut oil spray. Heat wok on medium. Saute Broccoli till warm (not cooked). Add Rice wine vinegar, onion flakes, lemon/lime and shrimp. Saute until shrimp are cooked through!
